摘要:
针对磁流变隔振器在控制过程中的时滞补偿效果与激励属性相关的问题,提出了基于系统当前振动激励的实时决策时滞补偿控制模型,并与现行的时滞补偿策略结合,设计了改进后的时滞半主动控制策略。基于磁流变隔振器及隔振系统的动力学模型设计了相应的半主动控制策略,并基于该策略分析了在不同激励下隔振器半主动控制力的时滞与激励的关系,由此设计出相应的时滞补偿器以及能够实时决策时滞补偿器工作与否的方法。仿真结果表明,当激励信号在高低频往复变化时,该实时决策方法对于系统的时滞半主动控制策略具有良好的响应优化效果。
Abstract:
Regarding the issue that the time-delay compensation effect of the magnetorheological vibration isolator in the control process is related to the excitation attributes , this paper presents a real-time decision making time-delay compensation control model based on the current vibration excitation of the system , and combines with the existing time-delay compensation strategy to design an improved time delay semi-active control strategy.Firstly , based on the dynamic model of the magnetorheological vibration isolator and the vibration isolation system , the corresponding semi-active control strategy is designed.Based on this strategy , the relationship between the time delay of the semi-active control force of the vibration isolator and the excitation under different excitations is analyzed , thereby designing the corresponding time-delay compensator and the method capable of real-time decision-making on the working condition of the time-delay compensator.The simulation results indicate that when the excitation signal reciprocates between high and low frequencies , this real-time decision-making method has a favorable response optimization effect on the time-delay semi-active control strategy of the system.
