摘要:
为避免转向架构架固有频率与车体或外界激励作用下的振动频率接近时引起的共振效应,造成构架在轨道列车运行中的异常振动、变形和破坏。对某运输车转向架构架进行模态频率分析,在满足构架强度的基础上,分别采用灵敏度优化方法、仿真试验设计拟合响应面方法和顺序二次规划法进行转向架构架模态频率优化。结果表明,使用顺序二次规划法得出的优化模型,可提升转向架构架的模态频率,避开频率共振区,同时使构架质量下降 28 kg ,较前2 种方法优化效果更好。
Abstract:
In order to avoid resonance effects caused by the natural frequency of the bogie frame being close to the vibration frequency of the vehicle body or external excitation , resulting in abnormal vibration , deformation , and damage of the frame during the operation of the track train , modal frequency analysis was conducted on the bogie frame of a certain transport vehicle.On the basis of meeting the strength requirements of the frame , sensitivity optimization method , simulation test design fitting response surface method , and sequential quadratic programming method were used to optimize the modal frequency of the bogie frame.The results show that the optimization model obtained by using the sequential quadratic programming method can improve the modal frequency of the bogie frame , avoid the frequency resonance zone , and reduce the frame mass by 28 kg , which is better than the previous two methods in terms of optimization effect.
