摘要:
针对齿面形貌激光干涉测量中干涉图像对比度低导致解包裹难度增加的问题,提出了一种基于条纹方向特征的干涉图像低对比度区域识别方法。首先,基于伪相干系数提出自适应窗口,动态调整窗口大小以降低条纹宽度变化对识别精度的影响,计算多方向灰度均方差以确定条纹法线和切线的方向,识别条纹密集或细节不明显的区域;其次,计算切线和法线方向的对比度,并以其均值作为对比度系数;最后,将对比度系数与条纹较清晰的对比度阈值进行比较,判断出低对比度区域。设计对比实验,将不同方法识别的低对比度区域修补后进行解包裹。实验结果表明,所提方法可以减少 29.64% 的相位残差点,有效提高了相位解包裹精度,证明了该方法的可行性。
Abstract:
In the laser interferometric measurement of gear tooth flank topography , the difficulty of phase unwrapping increases due to low contrast in the interference images.This paper proposes a method for identifying low-contrast regions in interference images based on the directional features of fringes. Firstly , an adaptive window based on pseudo coherence coefficient is introduced , dynamically adjusting the window size to reduce the impact of fringe width variation on identification accuracy.The gray mean square deviation in multiple directions is calculated to determine the fringe normal and tangential directions , identifying areas with dense fringes or unclear details ; secondly , the contrast in the tangential and normal directions is calculated , and their mean value is used as the contrast coefficient ; finally , the contrast coefficient is compared with the contrast threshold of clearer fringes to identify low-contrast regions.A comparative experiment is designed , where the low-contrast regions identified by different methods are repaired before phase unwrapping.Experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce 29.64% of phase residual points and effectively improve phase unwrapping accuracy , demonstrating the feasibility of the method.
