摘要:
针对航空光电装备隔振系统中线振动引起角振动的问题,建立了六自由度耦合动力学模型,揭示了线振动与角振动之间的传递机制。通过推导系统传递函数,分析了减振器刚度、阻尼及布局等参数对线角耦合传递率的影响规律。研究表明,减振器刚度与阻尼参数主导不同频段的共振特性,其中 kzcz 对第一共振峰起主要作用,而 kxcx 影响第二共振峰;减振器跨度 dx 和质心高度 dz 的调整对耦合振动有较大影响。此外,引入无角位移机构可显著降低低频耦合传递率,但需权衡其对角振动到角振动传递率的负面影响。实验结果表明,仿真与实测共振频率相对误差仅为 9% ,证明了模型的准确性,为航空光电装备隔振系统的参数优化与设计提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of angular vibration caused by linear vibration in the vibration isolation system of airborne optoelectronic equipment , a six degree of freedom coupling dynamic model is established to reveal the transmission mechanism between linear vibration and angular vibration.By deducing the system transfer function , the effects of the stiffness , damping and layout of the shock absorber on the linear angular coupling transfer are analyzed.The results show that the stiffness and damping parameters of the shock absorber dominate the resonance characteristics of different frequency bands , in which kz and cz play a major role in the first formant , while kx and cx affect the second formant.The adjustment of the shock absorber span dx and the height of the center of mass dx has a great influence on the coupling vibration.In addition , the introduction of a non-angular displacement mechanism can significant- ly reduce the low requency coupled transmission rate , but the negative effects of diagonal to angular vibration transmission rate need to be weighed.The experimental results show that the relative error between simulation and measured resonance frequency is only 9% , which proves the accuracy of the model.This paper provides a theoretical basis for parameter optimization and design of vibration isolation system for aeronautical optoelectronic equipment.
