摘要:
针对传统的 DOA 估计算法在处理相干信号时会出现性能下降无法准确识别的问题,提出一种基于 Toeplitz 矩阵重构的相干信源 DOA 估计算法。首先,通过对协方差矩阵进行特征分解并将特征值进行从小到大排列,求出其最大值对应特征向量同时提取协方差矩阵中第 1 行的行向量;然后,基于 2 个向量信息分别构造 2 个 Toeplitz 矩阵;再利用前后向平滑的思想对其求和取平均得到最终的重构矩阵;最后根据 MUSIC 算法原理,对矩阵进行 DOA 估计。实验结果表明,所提算法能准确估计多个相干信源的位置,同时从多角度验证在低信噪比和快拍数有限等条件下,算法性能表现稳定。
Abstract:
An improved DOA estimation algorithm based on Toeplitz matrix reconstruction is proposed to solve the problem that the traditional DOA estimation algorithm can not identify the coherent signal accurately when it is processed.Firstly , through the feature decomposition of covariance matrix and the arrangement of eigenvalues from small to large , the eigenvector corresponding to its maximum value is obtained and the row vector of the first row in the covariance matrix is extracted.Then , two Toeplitz matrices are constructed based on the two vector information respectively.By using the idea of forward and backward smoothing , the sum is averaged to get the final reconstruction matrix.Finally , DOA estimation of the matrix is carried out according to the principle of MUSIC algorithm.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can accurately estimate the location of multiple coherent sources , and verify that the algorithm still shows good stability under the conditions of low SNR and limited fast beat.This research not only deepens the theory of target location , but also provides a new idea for DOA estimation in array signal processing , which has important theoretical value.
