摘要:
为研究倾转旋翼机转换模式下的短舱倾转控制方法,以XV 15倾转旋翼机为研究对象,首先基于机理建模法建立其纵垂向通道数学建模;其次系统分析短舱倾转过程中的操纵特性、气动特性和运动特性,结合倾转走廊将转换阶段划分为旋翼操纵段、混合操纵段和气动操纵段;接着分别设计短舱主动开环控制的倾转角速率和被动闭环控制的前飞速度指令,用于控制短舱倾角,并根据飞行阶段组合出全程主动倾转、全程被动倾转、先主动后被动倾转和先被动后主动倾转4种不同的控制方式,初步构建纵垂向通道的控制结构;最后基于Simulink和X Plane视景软件搭建联合仿真平台,对所设计的4种控制方式进行对比分析。仿真结果显示,先主动后被动倾转策略在短舱倾转过程中展现出优异的动态响应性能,能够实现快速、平稳的模式转换,有效提升系统稳定性与飞行安全性。
Abstract:
The XV 15 tiltrotor is studied to investigate the nacelle tilt control strategy in the conversion mode of a tiltrotor aircraft.At first,a longitudinal vertical channel mathematical model of the tiltrotor is established using the mechanism modeling method;Subsequently,an systematic analysis is conducted on the control,aerodynamic,and motion characteristics throughout the nacelle tilting process.Combined with the tilting corridor,the transition phase is divided into the rotor dominant,mixed operation,and aerodynamic dominant stages.Then an active open loop control for pitch rate and a passive closed loop control for forward speed command are designed to regulate the nacelle tilt angle.By combining these flight phases,four different control modes are formulated: full active tilting,full passive tilting,active then passive tilting,and passive then active tilting,thereby establishing a preliminary control structure for the longitudinal vertical channel.Finally,a joint simulation platform integrating Simulink and X Plane visualization software is developed to conduct comparative analyses of the four control modes.Simulation results demonstrate that the active then passive tilting strategy exhibits superior dynamic response performance,enabling a fast and smooth mode transition while effectively enhancing system stability and flight safety.
