摘要:
通过对失效管段和焊缝不同位置处进行化学成分分析、组织形貌观察、扫描电镜分析和能谱分析等表征手段,结合现场工艺参数分析了受热面管子泄露原因。结果发现,垃圾焚烧锅炉中的省煤器管之所以出现故障,主要是因为省煤器管焊口的质量不达标,在焊缝熔合区部位发生氧腐蚀并形成环状的腐蚀凹槽,进而在运行过程中引发了泄漏。泄漏时,从有缺陷的地方喷出的水或水蒸气会溅到邻近的管道表面,造成这些区域温度局部下降,同时增加水蒸气含量,最终诱发局部性的低温腐蚀。
Abstract:
Through chemical composition analysis , microstructure observation , scanning electron microscopy analysis , energy spectrum analysis and other characterization methods at different positions of the failed pipe section and weld seam , combined with on site process parameters , the cause of leakage of the heated surface pipe was analyzed.It was found that the main reason for the malfunction of the economizer tubes in the garbage incineration boiler was due to the substandard quality of the economizer tube welds. Oxygen corrosion occurred in the fusion zone of the welds , forming circular corrosion grooves , which led to leakage during operation.When there is a leak , water or water vapor sprayed from the defective area will splash onto the surface of adjacent pipelines , causing a local temperature drop in these areas and increasing the water vapor content , ultimately inducing localized low-temperature corrosion.
