摘要:
沿海大风地区配电网架空线路运行环境恶劣,对线夹机械性能提出了更高的要求,针对该问题设计了一种新型绝缘线夹。首先建立新型绝缘线夹结构模型并进行绝缘线夹的夹持性能和抗风性能仿真分析,然后基于线夹参数优化设计结果研制绝缘线夹样品,最后开展绝缘线夹风洞试验验证其夹持性能和抗风性能。结果表明,研发的新型绝缘线夹满足14级风速以下的防风要求,使配电网架空线路具有优异的抗风性能和耐用性,可为沿海地区配电网金具应用和绝缘化改造提供实践支撑。
Abstract:
 The harsh operating environment in coastal areas with strong wind puts forward higher requirements for the mechanical performance of clamps.To address this issue,a new type of insulated wire clamp is designed. Firstly,the structural model of a new type of insulated wire clamp is established,and the simulation analysis of its clamping performance and wind resistance performance is conducted.Then,the insulated wire clamp samples are developed based on the results of the optimal design of the clamp parameters.Finally,the wind tunnel test of the insulation clamp is carried out to verify its clamping performance and wind resistance performance.The results indicate that the newly developed insulated wire clamp can meet the wind resistance requirements for speeds up to Beaufort scale 14,which endows the overhead lines of distribution network with excellent wind esistance and durability.This provides practical support for the application and insulation upgradation of distribution network hardware in coastal areas.
