摘要:
 针对斜入式激光干涉测量系统中因大入射角测量光、被测螺旋齿面特性及系统光学元件等因素导致的几何畸变,从而降低配准精度的问题,提出了一种融合仿射与透视变换模型的齿面干涉图像双级配准方法。首先分析齿面干涉图像的畸变来源;然后采用Shi-Tomasi角点检测算法提取实测齿面图像中的边界特征点,通过仿射变换对仿真齿面像进行全局配准,在此基础上进一步引入透视变换模型,实现局部区域更为精细的配准;最后,设计对比实验,将所提方法与3种经典配准算法进行对比分析。实验结果表明,所提方法在实测边界与仿真点边界点对距离的平均值指标上提升了约21%,有效提高了配准精度和效率。
Abstract:
In oblique incidence laser interferometry system,the geometric distortions arising from high incidence angle measurement beams,characteristics of measured helical tooth surfaces,and optical components can compromise registration accuracy.To address this issue,this paper proposes a dual stage registration method for dental surface interferograms that integrates affine and perspective transformation models.Firstly,the sources of distortion in dental surface interferograms are analyzed.The Shi-Tomasi corner detection algorithm is then employed to extract boundary feature points from the measured tooth surface images.An affine transformation is applied to perform global registration of the simulated tooth surface images with respect to the measured ones.On this basis,a perspective transformation model is further introduced to achieve finer local registration between the two sets of images.Finally,comparative experiments are designed to evaluate the proposed method against three classical registration algorithms.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method improves the average distance index between measured and simulated boundary point pairs by approximately 78%,effectively enhancing both registration accuracy and efficiency.
