摘要:
针对传统的气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)主回路电气设备电阻测试方法需要拆除接地排而复装等问题,提出了一种在不拆接地排的条件下,能够快速测量GIS内部单相接触电阻的方法。以各接地排作为测试点,在接地排间进行2次激励电源并记录各测试点的测试电气量;根据电路拓扑列出回路电流方程组,将2次测量的电气量代入方程组即可求出各电气设备的电阻值。仿真结果表明,理论误差为0,考虑测量仪器最大固有误差的条件下,该方法可实现GIS单相全设备电阻同步测量,相对误差满足测试现场的测量要求,规避了拆卸接地排的安全风险,且操作简便、工作量小。
Abstract:
 To address the issues such as the need to remove and reinstall grounding busbars in traditional gas insulated switchgear (GIS) main circuit electrical equipment resistance testing,this paper proposes a method for rapidly measuring the single phase contact resistance inside GIS without dismantling the grounding busbars.Using each grounding busbar as a test point,an excitation power supply are applied twice between the grounding busbars,and the corresponding electrical quantities at each test point are recorded.Based on the circuit topology,a system of loop current equations is established.By substituting the electrical quantities obtained from the two measurements into these equations,the resistance values of each electrical equipment can be determined.Simulations results indicate that a theoretical error is 0.Considering the maximum inherent error of the measuring instruments,this method enables the synchronous resistance measurement of all single phase equipment in GIS,with the relative error meeting the requirements of on site measurement.It effectively avoids the safety risks associated with dismantling grounding busbars,and offers advantages such as operational simplicity and reduced workload.
