摘要:
针对输煤系统高落差落煤管煤流冲击引发的粉尘污染与设备磨损问题,采用离散元法建立 EDEM 仿真模型,系统研究落煤管结构、导流罩结构及倾斜角度对煤料运动特性的影响。通过设置6种导流角度(0°~60°)、2种导流罩(方形和弧形)与2种落煤管(竖直型和弯曲型),以出口速度、输送带受力及颗粒能量耗散为评价指标,并结合电厂现场工程改造实例,对优化方案进行验证。结果表明:落煤管结构为影响煤流出口速度的主导因素,弯曲型最大降幅可达30.7%;导流罩最优角度区间为20°~40°;综合速度与能量耗散,30°方形导流罩配弯曲落煤管、40°弧形导流罩配弯曲落煤管为最优组合;可为输煤系统低粉尘、低磨损运行提供理论依据与设计参考。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of dust pollution and equipment wear caused by the impact of coal stream in the high drop transfer chutes of coal conveying system,this paper uses the discrete element method to establish the EDEM simulation model,and systematically studies the influence of transfer chuteconfiguration,the head deflector geometry,and deflector inclination angle on the kinematic behavior of the coal flow.Six diversion angles (0°— 60°),two diversion hood shapes (square and curved),and two transfer chute profiles (vertical and curved) were examined,with the coal stream outlet velocity,the conveyor belt force and the particle energy dissipation adopted as evaluation indicators.The optimization schemes were further validated against a field engineering retrofit case in a power plant.The results show that the structureof transfer chute is the dominant factor affecting the outlet velocity of coal stream,and the curved chute achieves a maximum velocity reduction of 30.7%.The optimal deflector inclination angle lies within the range of 20°to 40°.Considering both the velocity reduction and energy dissipation,the optimal combination is 30° square diversion hood with curved coal drop tube and 40° curved diversion hood with curved coal chute.This study provides theoretical basis and design reference for realizing low dust and low wear operation in coal conveying system.
