摘要:
为解决传统多项式模型边缘易出现龙格现象、除法模型中心拟合自由度不足的问题,进行了鱼眼相机畸变校正模型研究,提出一种基于 Sigmoid 加权融合的混合畸变校正模型,以化解标定过程中中心精度与边缘稳定性的矛盾。该模型引入可微分自适应权重机制与过渡半径参数,实现 2 种模型在全视场的平滑过渡,同时构建含解析性、收敛性和连续性的三重约束数学框架,推导映射计算流程,并采用 Levenberg-Marquardt ( LM )算法完成模型参数优化。以车载鱼眼相机为实验对象的验证结果表明,所提模型的全局重投影误差均方根值( RMS )为 0.083 8 ,较多项式模型、除法模型分别降低 52.18% 、 9.87% ,其边缘区域误差较多项式模型降低 79.93% ,且保持与多项式模型相当的中心区域校正精度。该研究验证了所提模型能兼顾中心精度与边缘稳定性的有效性,可为高精度工业检测、广角视觉测量提供可靠的鱼眼相机标定方法。
Abstract:
To address the issues of Runge phenomenon at the image edges of traditional polynomial models and the insufficient fitting degrees of freedom at the center of division models , this paper investigates distortion correction models for fisheye cameras.A hybrid distortion correction model based on Sigmoid weighted fusion is proposed to resolve the conflict between central precision and edge stability during the calibration process.By introducing a differentiable adaptive weighting mechanism and a transition radius parameter , the model achieves a smooth transition between the two sub-models across the entire field of view.Furthermore , a triple constraint mathematical framework encompassing analytical , convergence , and continuity constraints is constructed to derive the mapping calculation workflow.The Levenberg Marquardt ( LM ) algorithm is employed for optimizing model parameters.Experimental results on a vehicle mounted fisheye cameras demonstrate that the proposed model achieves a Root Mean Square ( RMS ) of the global reprojection error of 0.083 8 , which is 52.18% and 9.87% lower than those of the polynomial model and the division model , respectively.Notably , the error in the edge region is reduced by 79.93% compared to the polynomial model , while maintaining a central calibration accuracy.This research validates the effectiveness of the model in balancing central precision and edge stability , providing a reliable fisheye camera calibration method for high-precision industrial inspection and wide-angle visual measurement.
