摘要:
为研究FSE赛车用动力电池温度场特性,结合某款FSE赛车,采用UG对单体电池和电池组建模。基于ANSYS,通过加载不同电流、对流换热系数以及电池间隙进行热特性仿真分析,得到最高温度、最低温度以及温度关系曲线,为今后FSE赛车电池组设计提供一定的理论依据。
Abstract:
Temperature is one of the important parameters to power battery, for researching FSE racing car battery pack temperature field characteristics, combined with a section FSE racing car,UG was used in modeling cells and battery packs, by loading different currents, convective heat transfer coefficient and cell gaps based on ANSYS to simulate and analysis, the relationship curve between those parameters and temperature were obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for future FSE racing battery pack design.
