摘要:
选取Al2O3、CaCu3Ti4O12、BaTiO33种典型高介电常数材料,测量其介电常数的频率特性和温度特性,通过比较选择合适的材料制成平面型和母线型EMI滤波器,并将其应用于功率变换系统中,为功率变换器系统小型化开辟了一条可行的途径。
Abstract:
In this paper,we select three typical high permittivity materials,Al2O3,CCTO,BaTiO3 to explore its frequency characteristic and temperature characteristic.Appropriate material is chosen from them to integrate a planar EMI filter and a bus-bar EMI filter,and apply them into power converter EMI system,which opens up a new approach for the miniaturization of the power converter system.
