摘要:
对往复式压缩机常用气量调节方式的原理及特点进行了介绍,结合珠海高栏终端闪蒸气压缩机气量调节方式,对HydroCOM系统的工作原理、结构组成、控制方案、分程功能、无扰切换及应用效果等内容进行了详细阐述。实际应用效果表明,采用了HydroCOM气量调节系统的往复式压缩机,能快速、精确地控制压缩比、流量等参数,实现气量无级调节,机组运行可靠、操作简便、节能效果明显,经济效益十分可观,对其他在建或已投产同类压缩机的改造升级具有一定技术指导性及借鉴作用。
Abstract:
This paper is to introduce the theory and character of capacity control methods of reciprocating flash gas compressors, and to describe the theory, composition, proposal, spilt control function, undisturbed switching and application effect of HydroCOM system which was used in Zhuhai Gaolan Gas Plant. Actual application shows that HydroCOM capacity regulation system is not only reliable but also accurate and convenient to control, energy-saving. Also, it could provide technical reference for control mode selection or future upgrading of similar compressors.
