摘要:
针对注塑齿轮翘曲的问题,从注塑齿轮参数化建模的角度出发,分析齿轮的模数和腹板厚度对翘曲变形的影响。运用NX8.5和Moldflow进行建模和翘曲分析,结果显示收缩不均是引起翘曲变形的主要因素,所以选取收缩不均引起的最大翘曲变形量为目标参数。通过分析,得出模数和腹板厚度及其交互作用对目标参数的影响规律曲线,并用Matlab对曲线进行拟合,对结构参数和目标参数之间的关系用数学方程进行描述,为注塑齿轮的参数化设计提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
The effect of gear modulus and web thickness on the warping deformation is analyzed from the perspective of parametric modeling of injection-molded plastic gear for solving the problem of warping in injection-molded plastic gear. NX8.5 and Moldflow are used for modeling and warping analysis. The result shows that the uneven shrinkage is one of the major causes of warping deformation. Therefore, the maximum warping deformation resulting from uneven shrinkage is selected as the target parameter. An analysis is conducted to obtain the law curve for effect of modulus and web thickness and their interaction on the target parameters. The curve is fitted with Matlab and the relationship between structural parameters and target parameters was described with a mathematical equation to provide a reference for the parametric design of injection-molded plastic gear.
