摘要:
YJ27型滤嘴接装机电气系统采用德国西门子PLC S7-400为控制核心,PLC内部的纸盘转换程序、启动停止程序和计数程序、故障处理程序等驱动外部的电气设备,实现纸盘回转控制、纸盘加速与拼接控制、上胶控制和水松纸预热控制等。事实证明,整个系统具有烟支质量好,节省原辅材料,剔除点准确等特点。
Abstract:
The electrical system of YJ27 Filter Tipping Machine adopts German Siemens PLC S7-400 as the control core. Having combined PLC’s internal paper-tray conversion program, start-stop program, count program, fault treatment program etc with external electrical equipments, the system has realized paper-tray conversion control, paper-tray acceleration and splicing control, glue control, tipping-paper preheating control etc. Actually, the whole system is characterized by good cigarette quality, high saving in raw and auxiliary materials, accurate excluding points, etc.
