摘要:
应用超声波清洗的原理,为某汽车减震器零件生产企业研制了三槽超声波清洗机。清洗机主要由高压水喷淋清洗槽、超声波清洗槽和快速风干槽3部分组成,清洗机能够对金属零件进行快速高效的清洗。清洗在水中完成,并设计了水循环使用结构,很大程度降低了水资源的使用。采用PLC和触摸屏实现自动控制,性能稳定,人工成本和工人的劳动强度有了大幅下降,而清洗效率得到大幅提高。
Abstract:
Applying the principles of ultrasonic cleaning, an ultrasonic cleaning machine was developed for one metal parts of automobile shock absorber. The equipment composed of high pressure spray cleaning trough, ultrasonic cleaning tank and wind dry chamfer cutter, allowing for fast and efficient cleaning. Cleaning is conducted in water, and a cyclic use structure of water is designed, thus substantially decreases the use of water resources. PLC and touch screen is used and the performance is very reliable. This design reduces labor costs and labor intensity, as well as improving the cleaning efficiency.
