Abstract:
Targeting the actual traffic jam problems, a fuzzy coordination control strategy was put forward. Taking three adjacent intersections signal control on a main line as an example, coordination control algorithm was studied. The design of fuzzy controller, the establishment process of fuzzy rules and the design of the control process were introduced. Finally, the control algorithm was simulated using the MATLAB as a simulation platform. The simulation results showed that control effect was obvious, largely shortened the vehicle waiting time, and improved the traffic efficiency.
