摘要:
针对角接触球轴承内部弹性非线性接触的特点,以7005轴承为研究对象,建立有限元模型,外圈旋转,内圈固定,径向空载,轴向承受预紧力,利用显示动力学方法重点分析轴承在启动过程中非稳定和稳定阶段的接触应力、位移、速度和振动加速度的变化规律,为飞轮轴承组件的研制研究提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Based on the non-linear elastic contact feature of angular contact ball bearing, this research built finite element model to study the 7005 bearing, in which, the outer ring rotates while the inner ring fixed, and the radial direction bears non-load while the axial direction preloaded. Explicit dynamics was applied mainly to analyze the contact stress of bearing in the start-up process as well as the change rules of displacement, velocity, and vibration acceleration. The research provides theoretical foundation for the further study on flying wheel bearing unit.
