摘要:
以730壳体半钢轮胎模具为例,通过对底座在轮胎模具硫化工况下的受力分析,得出底座的受力模型图。应用Abaqus软件对底座进行顺序热力耦合分析,得出在底座为不同材料及不同形状底座滑板下,底座产生的应力和位移。以改善模具型腔内温度均匀性为目标,提出改进底座结构和底座滑板形状等方法,传热模拟对比花纹块上、中、下3点位置温度,表明改进底座结构后有利于减小花纹块上、下温差,改善模具型腔内温度的均匀性,且当底座滑板为矩形时,花纹块上、下温差最小,利于提高轮胎硫化产品的使用性能和延长使用寿命。
Abstract:
Taking 730 shell semi-steel tire mould as an example, the stress model of the base under vulcanization condition was obtained by analyzing the stress of the base under vulcanization condition, and the stress and displacement of the base under sliding plate with different materials and shapes were obtained by sequential thermo-mechanical coupling analysis with Abaqus software. In order to improve the uniformity of temperature in the die cavity, the methods of improving the structure of the base and the shape of the sliding plate of the base were put forward. The heat transfer simulation compares the temperature of the upper, middle and lower points of the pattern block. The results show that the improved structure of the base is beneficial to reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower points of the pattern block and to improve the uniformity of temperature in the die cavity, and when the base slides. When the plate is rectangular, the temperature difference between upper and lower parts of the pattern block is the smallest, which is conducive to improving the service performance and prolonging the service life of tire vulcanized products.
