摘要:
为解决智能变电站中失灵保护二次回路(即失灵回路)纸质蓝图多且分散、不利于故障点查找的问题,提出了一种可视化数字图纸建模方法。首先,收集设计原图创建失灵回路属性信息;其次,通过关联算法建立失灵回路所涉及的设备和装置电口间的电线连接信息模型,再利用完整性验证算法确保失灵回路的完备性;最后,通过可视化数字图形生成算法,绘制出可在智能终端查阅和分析的可视化数字图纸。该数字图纸数据化、结构化地整合了分散的失灵回路图纸,提升了运维人员的工作效率和故障排查的准确率,并为下一步实现智能终端自启动失灵回路打下基础。
Abstract:
To solve the problem that the non-digital drawings of the secondary circuit of the intelligent substation switch failure protection ( the failure circuit) are scattered and not suitable for fault location finding, a visual digital drawing modeling of the failure circuit was proposed. Firstly, the design information was collected from the scattered drawings to create the failure loop attribute; secondly, the wire connection information model was established between the electrical ports of equipments and devices involved in the failure circuit through the correlation algorithm, and then the integrity verification algorithm was used to ensure the integrity of the failure circuit; finally, by visualizing the digital graph generation algorithm, a visual digital drawing of failure circuit that can be viewed and analyzed in the intelligent terminal was drawn. The digital drawing digitally and structurally integrates the information form the scattered drawings related with failure circuit, improving the working efficiency of the operation and maintenance personnel and the accuracy of troubleshooting the fault locations. This work lays a foundation for the next step to realize the self-starting of failure circuit by the intelligent terminal.
