摘要:
提出一种以工业触摸屏/PC-PLC/温控器为核心的高温高压活塞-圆筒式装置控制系统。首先根据装置需求分析确定了控制系统的整体方案,然后设计了控制系统的硬件系统,其通过工业触摸屏与PC实现用户交互,以PLC与温控器作为压力和温度控制器。结合本系统特点,提出一种基于变比例PID的压力控制策略,可实现PID控制参数的实时调整。在搭建样机上进行实验,结果表明控制系统具有良好的控制效果,满足控制系统的设计要求。
Abstract:
A hightemperature and highpressurepiston-cylinder apparatus control system based on HMI/ PC-PLC/temperature controller is proposed. Firstly, the overall scheme of the control system is determined according to the demand analysis of the device.Then, the hardware system of the control system is designed. It realizes the user interaction through the industrial touch screen and PC, and takes PLC and temperature controller as the pressure and temperature controller. On this basis, t he HMI program, PC monitoring program , and PLC pressure control program are developed by analyzing the functional requirements of the control system. The test results on the prototype show that the control system has a good control effect and meets the design requirements .
