摘要:
针对电网运行智能化要求,建立了针对多维度调度数据的运行管理系统.首先分析了目前调度运行管理中在数据处理和分析方面存在的问题,并说明了设计系统应满足的功能.接着基于面向服务构架理念,设计了基于 IEC 61970 的调度运行管理系统,分析了其功能和系统特点,从数据采集方案、数据整合流程、数据安全构架等方面分析了数据管理方案.最后从调度报表的应用情况说明了所设计系统的有效性.
Abstract:
In response to the intelligent operation requirements of the power grid , an operation management system for multi-dimensional dispatch data wasestablished.Firstly , the problems existing in data processing and in the current dispatch operation management were discussed , and the functions that the design system should meet were explained.Then based on the concept of service-oriented architecture , a dispatch operation management system based on IEC6 1970 was designed , and its functions and system characteristics were analyzed.The data management scheme was analyzed from the aspects of data collection scheme , data integration process , and data security architecture.Finally , the application of the dispatch report illustrates the effectiveness of this system.
