摘要:
为解决当前电厂设备运行安全检测技术存在的检测准确率和可视化程度低的问题,提出基于数据融合的电厂设备运行安全一体化检测技术。利用多层分层技术设计电厂设备运行安全一体化检测整体架构,在该架构的支持下将智能机器人、红外测温和视频监控等数据作为实时巡检数据,通过物联网与互联网技术进行巡检数据与历史数据的实时传输,并对所有数据进行分布式存储以及数据融合处理。以数据融合结果为基础,采用专家评价、神经网络和模糊数学的方法实现电厂设备运行安全一体化检测及检测全过程的可视化。实验结果表明,基于数据融合的检测技术的设备安全检测准确率和可视化程度高,鲁棒性强,实际应用效果更好。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of low detection accuracy and visualization in the current power plant equipment operation safety detection technology , an integrated detection technology of power plant equipment operation safety based on data fusion is proposed.The multi-layer and layered technology is used to design an overall architecture of integrated detection of equipment operation safety in power plant.Based on this architecture , the data such as intelligent robot , infrared temperature measurement and video monitoring are used as real-time inspection data.The inspection data and historical data are transmitted in real time through Internet of things and Internet technology , and then , all data are distributedly stored and processed by data fusion.According to the data fusion results , expert evaluation , neural network and fuzzy mathematics , the integrated detection of power plant equipment operation safety and the visual- ization of the whole detection process are realized.The experimental results show?that the equipment safety detection technology based on data fusion has high accuracy and visualization , and strong robustness.Its practical application effect is better.
