摘要:
为研究盾构机施工过程中盾尾的实时变形,提出一种有限元分析与应变检测相结合的方法,研发一种盾尾变形检测系统。建立了盾构机简化的三维模型,并依据盾构机在施工过程中,其壳体的受力与变形情况,通过有限元仿真得到盾尾应力与变形之间的本构关系,结合现场具体情况,确定了应变花的粘贴位置和数量。利用变形检测系统测量了盾尾 2 个截面上共 12 个区域的变形数据,并与现场全站仪测量数据进行了对比,两者之间的差别平均为 2.6 mm 。
Abstract:
In order to study the real-time deformation of shield tail during the construction of shield machine , a method combining finite element analysis and strain detection was proposed , and a shield tail deformation detection system was developed.A simplified three-dimensional model of shield machine is established , and the stress and deformation of its shell are analyzed according to the construction process of shield machine , the corresponding relationship between the stress and deformation of the shield tail is obtained through the finite element simulation , the position and quantity of the strain rosettes are determined according to the specific situation on site.The deformation data of 12 areas on two sections of shield tail were measured by using the deformation detection system , and compared with the data measured by the total station instrument , the difference between them is about 2.6 mm on average.
