摘要:
为充分提高智能变电站运行维护能力,探究隔离开关机械状态,提出智能变电站隔离开关机械状态自动监测方法。利用振动型传感器采集不同机械状态下隔离开关的振动信号;采用小波阈值滤除信号噪声,提高隔离开关机械状态信号降噪效果;通过经验模态分解降噪后的机械状态振动信号,完成特征提取;构建机械状态实时监测模型,实现隔离开关机械状态振动信号自动监测。试验结果表明,所提方法的振动信号采集完整度和机械状态监测准确性较高,机械状态监测耗时较短,采用所提方法可以有效提高智能变电站的运维能力。
Abstract:
In order to fully improve the operation and maintenance ability of intelligent substation and explore the mechanical state of disconnector , an automatic monitoring method for mechanical state of disconnector in intelligent substation is proposed.The vibration signals of disconnectors in different mechanical states are collected by vibration sensors.Wavelet threshold is used to filter the signal noise , and the noise reduction effect of mechanical state signal of disconnector is improved.Through empirical mode decomposition( EMD ), the mechanical vibration signal after noise reduction is used to complete feature extraction.A real-time monitoring model of mechanical state is built , and the automatic monitoring of mechanical state vibration signals of disconnectors is realized.The test results show that the proposed method has high integrity of vibration signal acquisition and accuracy of mechanical condition monitoring , and the mechanical condition monitoring takes a short time.The design method can effectively improve the operation and maintenance capability of intelligent substation.
