摘要:
介绍了永磁无刷直流电动机基本原理,然后根据要求设计了一台9槽10极永磁无刷直流电动机,并用Simplorer和Maxwell联合对其进行了仿真,对电动机进行了空载、负载瞬态特性分析,验证了设计的合理性。最后试制样机,样机测试值与联合仿真值对比,验证了联合仿真的正确性。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the basic theories of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor; then designs a 9 slot 10 pole permanent magnet brushless DC motor. Simplorer and Maxwell are sued to carry out joint simulation for the motor. The transient characteristics of the motor in no-load and loaded conditions are analyzed to verify the rationality of the design. In the final prototype, the test value of the prototype is compared with the joint simulation, and the correctness of the joint simulation is verified.
