摘要:
复合材料支撑筒安装在卫星舱外,其经历的空间环境恶劣,设计时需重点考虑其环境适应性。结合型号任务的研制需求和设计要求,介绍了支撑筒的材料组成和结构构型,对该支撑筒进行了相应的抗力学环境设计、抗热环境设计、抗辐射及紫外分析等环境适应性设计,完成了支撑筒的振动试验和温度试验。结果表明,该支撑筒的产品性能稳定,满足设计和试验的指标要求。
Abstract:
As the composite support tube is usually installed outside the satellite capsule where the environment is severe, it is necessary to consider its environmental adaptability in the process of design. This paper introduces the material and configuration of the composite support tube. To meet the requirements of research and design, some environmental adaptation designs, including mechanics-resistance design, thermal-resistance design, anti-irradiation and ultraviolet analysis, were studied. In addition, the vibration and thermal tests were completed during the research. The results show that the composite support tube is of stable performance and can meet the requirement of design and test.
