摘要:
针对阀控加载装置存在能量效率低下以及高频自激噪声等缺点的问题,研制了一种新型电液力加载装置,采用电动缸代替伺服阀作为压力放大元件,依靠改变封闭油液体积的方式产生加载压力,并通过一个半闭环结构实现加载力的控制。为解决系统性能对参数敏感的问题,采用集成设计思想,同时设计加载装置的机械和控制参数,通过求解一个多目标非线性优化问题获得最优的设计结果。实验结果验证了半闭环控制结构的可行性和集成设计方法的有效性。
Abstract:
To reduce the power consumption and self-excited noise of valve-controlled loading devices, a novel electro-hydraulic actuator is developed. The actuator uses an electric cylinder, instead of a control valve, to change the volume of enclosed fluid and generate the desired loading pressure. A semi-closed-loop controller is employed to control the output force.?In order to overcome the difficulties in parameters selection, the loading mechanisms and control parameters are integrated in the design of the system. The optimal parameters are obtained from a nonlinear constrained multi-objective optimization.?The experiments verify the feasibility of the semi-closed-loop control structure and the effectiveness of the integrated design approach.
