摘要:
使用船级社规范的有限元方法对起重机吊臂的强度和稳定性进行校核,将有限元计算的结果与船级社规范的解析方法计算结果进行比较。根据计算和对比的结果,对吊臂的加强肋板的形状和位置进行优化。对比优化前后的有限元结果可知,加强肋板形状优化使吊臂危险截面应力最大值下降了31.1%;添加的加强肋板使得应力最大值下降了36%;吊臂的稳定性比优化前提高了44%。
Abstract:
Using the finite element analysis of classification society standard, the strength and stability of the crane boom was checked. The result of finite element analysis was compared with the result of standard calculation, it provide s direct advice to optimize the shape and position of stiffened panel. By comparing the two results, two stiffening panel were added to the boom and one was modified. Compared with the finite element analysis results before and after the optimization, the shape of the stiffening panel make the stress of boom dropped 31.1% than before. The added stiffening panel reduces the maximum which fell 36% and the stability of the boom was improved 1.7 times higher than before.
