摘要:
针对目前电网发展诊断分析中存在的各类问题,结合多层体系架构,基于多源数据分析技术,对电网发展诊断系统进行研究。通过设计自定义的接口规范,实现产品管理系统( PMS )、能源管理系统( EMS )、配电自动化系统( DAS )、电力信息采集系统和电网地理信息系统( GIS )的核心数据挖掘,设计集成化多平台数据采集机制,实现电网多源数据融合。然后,开展电网综合诊断分析、薄弱环节评估预警和潜在问题全过程管理等研究,实现状态扫描的逐步渗透和电网全电压等级的状态提升,能够为电网规划的编制和后评价提供科学依据与指导。最后通过各级城市与区县电网的现场应用,验证该系统在实际电网运行中的经济效益和管理效益。
Abstract:
Aiming at all kinds of problems existing in the current power grid development diagnosis and analysis , this paper studies the power grid development diagnosis system based on the multi-source data analysis technology combined with the multi-layer system architecture.By designing custom interface specifications , the core data mining and design integration of product management system ( PMS ), energy management system( EMS ), distribution automation system( DAS ), power information acquisition system and power grid geographic information system( GIS ) are realized.The multi-platform data collection mechanism is adopted to realize the multi-source data fusion of the power grid.Then , researches such as comprehensive diagnosis and analysis of power grid , evaluation and early warning of weak links , and whole-process management of potential problems are carried out , so as to realize the gradual penetration of state scanning and the state improvement of the full voltage level of the power grid , which can provide scientific basis and guidance for the preparation and post-evaluation of power grid planning.Finally , the economic and management benefits of the system in the actual power grid operation are verified through the on-site application of power grids in cities and districts at all levels.
