摘要:
降低开关频率造成地铁牵引电机定子磁链谐波较大,无法保证其安全稳定运行。为此,在低开关频率约束下,提出基于连续型操作的牵引电机定子磁链控制技术。计算旋转磁场和转子的转速差,利用定子电阻、电角速率等参数创建牵引电机等效电路,明确牵引电机运行情况;将定子静止坐标系中的电流与磁链视作变量创建滑模观测器,获得定子磁链当前观测值;运用间接定子量控制法增强牵引电机低速控制能力,推导定子磁链与电磁转矩在静止坐标系中的空间向量;面对中高速运行电机速率,采用连续多磁链控制策略,将磁链轨迹从圆形平滑过渡到多边形,完成平滑的定子磁链闭环控制。实验结果表明,所提方法很好地控制了转矩波动与电流冲击,提高了牵引电机系统的整体控制能力,在长时间工作下依旧能保证地铁可靠运行。
Abstract:
The reduction of switching frequency causes large harmonic of stator flux linkage of metro traction motor , which cannot ensure its safe and stable operation.Therefore , under the constraint of low switching frequency , the stator flux control technology of traction motor based on continuous operation is proposed.The rotating magnetic field and the speed difference of the rotor are calculated , the equivalent circuit of the traction motor is created by using the stator resistance , electrical angular rate and other parameters , and the operation of the traction motor is determined ; the current and flux in the stator stationary coordinate system are regarded as variables to create a sliding mode observer , and the current observation value of the stator flux is obtained ; the indirect stator control method is used to enhance the low speed control capability of traction motor , and the space vector of stator flux and electromagnetic torque in static coordinate system is derived ; in the face of medium and high speed running motor speed , the continuous multi flux control strategy is adopted to smooth the flux track from circle to polygon and complete the smooth stator flux closed-loop control.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively control the torque fluctuation and current impact , improve the overall control capability of the traction motor system , and ensure the reliable operation of the subway under long working hours.
