摘要:
为提升大型风电的使用寿命,降低齿轮传动运行振动速度,提出大型风电增速箱多级齿轮传动自动安全控制方法。根据行星齿轮传动构建多级齿轮扭转模型,以齿轮传动时产生的振动加速度误差及误差变化率作为模糊 PD 控制器输入数据,通过计算比例、微分系数,得到多级齿轮传动控制量。使用非线性跟踪微分器对模糊 PD 控制器进行优化,增加模糊 PD 控制器的抗噪声能力,进一步提升控制的准确性。实验结果表明,采用该方法控制后,多级齿轮抖动速度得到降低,且齿轮间的动态接触可以在长时间内保持最佳区间。由此证明,该方法能够有效提升大型风电的使用寿命,为工程实际应用提供技术支持。
Abstract:
In order to prolong the service life of large-scale wind power and reduce the vibration speed of gear transmission , an automatic safety control method of multi-stage gear transmission for large-scale wind power gearbox is proposed.According to the planetary gear transmission , the multi-stage gear torsion model is constructed.The vibration acceleration error and error change rate generated during gear transmission are used as the input data of fuzzy PD controller , and the control quantity of multi-stage gear transmission is obtained by calculating the proportional and differential coefficients.The nonlinear tracking differentiator is used to optimize the fuzzy PD controller , which increases the anti-noise ability of the fuzzy PD controller and further improves the control accuracy.The experimental results show that the jitter speed of multi-stage gears is reduced and the dynamic contact between gears can maintain the optimal range for a long time after this method is adopted.It is proved that this method can effectively prolong the service life of large-scale wind power and provide technical support for practical engineering application.
