摘要:
永磁同步发电机( PMSG )易受工作环境影响发生失磁故障,致使其运行在非正常状态。以 1 台 1 kW 、 12 极的 PMSG 为样机,对不同失磁故障工况的振动场进行研究。首先,推导了 PMSG 失磁故障下电磁场径向电磁力和振动场辐射噪声的数学模型,设置了不同程度失磁故障方案。其次,建立了 PMSG 二维电磁场仿真模型,分析了气隙磁密分布,求解了径向电磁力。最后,建立了 PMSG 三维振动场仿真模型,以径向电磁力为激励,得到了不同程度失磁故障的形变辐值、振动速度和等效辐射声功率。仿真结果表明:PMSG 永磁体单块失磁故障时,径向电磁力畸变程度、振动速度和等效辐射声功率幅值均最大;永磁体对称失磁时,振动噪声接近于正常工况;永磁体均匀失磁时,振动噪声幅值最低。
Abstract:
Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator ( PMSG ) is susceptible to demagnetization faults caused by the working environment , resulting in abnormal operation.This paper takes a 1 kW , 12 pole PMSG as a prototype to study the vibration field under different demagnetization fault conditions.Firstly , a mathematical model is derived for the radial electromagnetic force and radiated noise of the electromag- netic field and vibration field under the PMSG demagnetization fault , and the different degrees of demagnetization fault schemes are set up.Secondly , a two dimensional electromagnetic field simulation model of the PMSG is established to analyze the distribution of air gap magnetic density and solve the problem of radial electromagnetic force.Finally , a three dimensional vibration field simulation model of the PMSG is established , and radial electromagnetic force is used as the excitation to obtain the deformation amplitude , vibration velocity and equivalent radiated sound power of different demagnetization faults.The simulation results show that when it comes to the single permanent magnet demagnetization fault of the PMSG , the degree of radial electromagnetic force distortion , vibration velocity , and equivalent radiated sound power amplitude are all maximized ; when it comes to the permanent magnet demagnetization symmetry fault of the PMSG , the vibration noise is close to normal operating conditions ; when the permanent magnet of the PMSG is uniformly demagnetized , the amplitude of vibration noise is the lowest.
