摘要:
设计了一种用于油压机加工过程中的自动上下料机械手,首先提出了机械手的总体设计方案,确定了机械手的基本结构形式、动作流程等,对机械手的运动时间进行了预分配;其次利用SolidWorks三维建模软件对机械手结构进行模块化设计,分别介绍了各模块的组成和工作原理,详述了伺服电机的计算选型过程,针对机械手抓取对象在加工前后参数发生变化的问题合理设计V型手指,最终确定了机械手的总体结构。试验表明,该机械手结构简单、运行可靠、能够大大提高生产效率。
Abstract:
A kind of automatic load/unload manipulator used for the process of hydraulic press is designed. Firstly the overall design scheme of the manipulator is put forward,the basic structure and workflow is determined,then the run duration of the manipulator is pre-allocated. After that the modular design of the structure is completed by using the SolidWorks 3D modeling software,the components and working principle of each module is introduced respectively,then the calculation process of the servo motor selection is described detailedly.On the problem of the different parameters of the workpiece before and after processing,the V-type fingers are reasonably designed.Finally the design of the overall structure of the manipulator is completed.It's showed that the manipulator with simple structure and reliable operation can greatly enhance productivity.
