摘要:
针对指纹模组装配工艺中存在的效率低和易损伤等问题,设计了1套视觉检测系统,用来进行指纹模组和对应壳体的位置检测并将其位置差反馈给工业机器人完成自动化装配。通过手眼标定来建立机器人和视觉系统之间的联系;壳体的检测通过模板匹配的方式获得;指纹模组的检测首先利用灰度变换等算法进行区域标记,然后利用边缘检测算法获取圆弧轮廓的提取,最后进行圆弧段的拟合,确定其位置和角度信息。实验结果表明,基于视觉检测系统的指纹模组装配机满足其生产需求。
Abstract:
For the problems of low efficiency and easy damage in the assembling process of fingerprint module, a set of visual detection system was designed, which detected the position of fingerprint module and corresponding shell, then providing a feedback of the position difference to industrial robot to finish automatic assembly. The connection between robots and visual system was established by hand-eye calibration. The detection of shell was obtained by template matching. In the detection of fingerprint module, the algorithm such as gray scale transformation was firstly used to mark the area, then the edge detection algorithm was used to extract the arc contour, and finally the fitting of arc segment was carried out to determine its position and angel information. A large number of experimental results show that the fingerprint module machine based on visual detection system could meet its production requirements
