摘要:
为满足某雷达伺服转台系统高精度、高动静态特性的要求,采取机械消隙和伺服控制算法相结合的方式,设计了一种基于双电机驱动的精密伺服转台及控制系统。首先根据该型雷达伺服转台的指标要求,详细论述了伺服转台及控制系统的设计原理和设备组成,其次在MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件中,建立基于双电机驱动的伺服转台及控制系统的模型,并进行了仿真试验。仿真结果表明,该双电机驱动的精密伺服转台及控制系统具有响应速度快、跟踪精度高的优点,满足该型雷达伺服转台系统性能及精度要求。
Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of high precision, high dynamic and static characteristics of a radar servo turntable system, a precision servo turntable and control system based on dual-motor drive is designed by combining mechanical backlash elimination and servo control algorithm. Firstly, according to the index requirements of this type of radar servo turntable, the design principle and equipment composition of servo turntable and control system are discussed in detail. Secondly, in MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, the model of servo turntable and control system based on dual-motor drive is established, and the simulation test is carried out. The simulation results show that the precision servo turntable and control system driven by dual-motor has the advantages of fast response speed and high tracking accuracy, which can meet the performance and accuracy requirements of the radar servo turntable system.
