摘要:
为实现电网业务数字变革,提出了基于数据融合的数字化电网调度指挥和管控平台建设.首先分析了电网调度数字化的内在需求和驱动力.提出了基于数据融合的电网调度数字化指挥平台,分析了平台构建目标,提出了平台架构体系,并根据平台特点,说明了解决信息孤岛、提升共享数据服务、模块化应用等功能.以透明调度指挥模式为特色,提出了数字化指挥平台的实施过程.最后利用某地区平台实施效果对比,说明了指挥平台的有效性.
Abstract:
In order to realize the digital transformation of power grid business , the construction of a digital power grid dispatching command and control platform based on data fusion is proposed.First , the internal demand and driving force of the digitalization of power grid dispatching are analyzed.A digital command platform for power grid dispatch based on data fusion is proposed , platform construction goals are analyzed , platform architecture system is proposed , and functions such as solving information islands ,improving shared data services , and modular applications are explained based on the characteristics of the platform.Characterized by the transparent dispatch command mode , the implementation process of the digital command platform is proposed.Finally , the comparison of the implementation effect of a certain regional platform illustrates the effectiveness of the command platform proposed.
