摘要:
提出基于物联网技术的煤矿井下机电设备状态智能监测方法。首先利用传感器设计物联网的信号采集器,采集煤矿井下机电设备的振动信号,并通过局域波分解算法剔除信号中的噪声,避免噪声对监测过程产生影响;其次设计物联网下的信号识别单元,并采用离散傅里叶变换法提取信号的特征;最后设计物联网中的信号控制单元,将信号特征输入到支持向量机中,通过对信号的实时预测实现多步自动监测,完成煤矿井下机电设备状态的物联网智能监测。实验结果表明,以物联网配合智能算法的实时监测设备效果好、响应时间短。
Abstract:
An intelligent monitoring method based on internet of things ( IoT ) is proposed for underground electromechanical equipment in coal mines.First , the sensor is used to design the signal collector of the internet of things to collect the vibration signal of the electromechanical equipment in the coal mine , and the local wave decomposition algorithm is used to eliminate the noise in the signal to avoid the impact of noise on the monitoring process.Secondly , the signal recognition unit under the internet of things is designed , and the discrete Fourier transform method is used to extract the characteristics of the signal.Finally , the signal control unit in the internet of things is designed , and the signal characteristics are input into the support vector machine.Through the real-time prediction of the signal , the multi-step automatic monitoring is realized , and the intelligent monitoring of the state of the electromechanical equipment under the coal mine is completed.The experimental results show that the real-time monitoring equipment based on internet of things and intelligent algorithm has good effect and short response time.
