摘要:
基于 Hertz 接触理论及摩擦学原理,利用 ADAMS 系统内 CMD 语言以命令流的方式建立角接触球轴承动力学模型,分析了接触参数(刚度系数、阻尼系数和摩擦系数)对角接触球轴承摩擦力矩的影响。通过与经验算法结果对比分析,确定了模型接触参数,并以此参数研究了加速工况加速时间、轴向载荷及径向载荷对角接触球轴承摩擦力矩的影响。结果表明:随着刚度系数由 K1 组增大到 K3 组时,轴承摩擦力矩随之增大;当阻尼系数由 0.3 N · s / mm 增大到 30.0 N · s / mm 时,轴承摩擦力矩先减小后增大;随着摩擦系数增大,轴承摩擦力矩也随之增大;在加速阶段,轴承摩擦力矩均方根值随着加速时间增加而减小,且加速时间对摩擦力矩均方根值影响较小;轴向及径向载荷增大均会导致摩擦力矩均方根值增大,且轴向载荷较径向载荷对摩擦力矩均方根值影响更为显著。
Abstract:
Based on Hertz contact theory and tribological principle , the dynamic model of angular contact ball bearing was established by using CMD language in ADAMS system in the form of command flow , and the influence of contact parameters ( stiffness coefficient , damping coefficient , friction coefficient ) on the friction torque of angular contact ball bearing was analyzed.By comparing with the results of empirical algorithm , the contact parameters of the model were determined , and the effects of acceleration time , axial load and radial load on the friction torque of angular contact ball bearings were studied.The results show that as the stiffness coefficient increases from group K1?to group K3 , the bearing friction torque also increases ; When the damping coefficient increases from 0.3 N · s / mm to 30.0 N · s / mm , the bearing friction torque first decreases and then increases ; As the friction coefficient increases , the bearing friction torque al so increases ; At the acceleration stage , the root-mean-square value of the bearing friction moment decreases with the increase of acceleration time , while the increase of axial and radial loads will lead to an increase in the root mean square value of the friction moment.Moreover , the effect of acceleration time on the root-mean-square value of the friction moment is relatively small , and the effect of axial load on the root-mean-square value of the friction moment is more significant than that of radial load.
