摘要:
设计了胰岛素药管自动装配机视觉系统。针对胰岛素药管的装配工艺,设计了3套视觉系统,分别用于胰岛素药管方向的判别,药管柱塞深度的测量和药管帽塞间隙的检测。根据胰岛素药管的特征,视觉系统采取镜头与药管倾斜入射的方式,以胰岛素药管端面内倒角图像的灰度值判别药管方向。对于胰岛素药管柱塞和药管帽塞的弹性、易变形的特点,柱塞深度测量和药管帽塞间隙检测视觉系统,采用逆光模式提取图像边缘进行检测。实验结果表明,自动装配机视觉系统的设计满足设备要求。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the design of the visual system of the insulin cartridge assembly machine. Three visual systems have been designed based on the assembly process of the insulin cartridge, the detection of the vial orientation, the measurement of the piston depth, and the gap detection of the stopper. Based on the characteristics of the vial, the visual system takes the method that the incident direction between the lens and vial is tilt. The orientation of the vial is according to the grayscale values of the chamfering of the vial. For the piston and the stopper with flexible, the backlight mode is used in the visual systems for piston depth measurement and stopper gap detection. The result of experiments shows that the design of visual system meets the equipment requirements.
