摘要:
为了进一步提高全自动洗衣机的性能而设计的全自动洗衣机控制监控系统,将西门子S7-200PLC与组态王有机地结合起来。在分析了系统的控制要求的基础上,完成了系统硬件电路及软件流程图的设计。最后在组态王中完成PLC的连接、数据库的建立及组态监控界面的设计,并利用计算机模拟技术对系统进行整体模拟和仿真调试。结果表明:该系统不仅弥补了PLC控制系统无法实时显示监控的缺陷,而且操作简单、稳定可靠、人机交互界面友好。
Abstract:
In order to further improve the performance of fully automatic washing machine, the control monitoring system for fully automatic washing machine was designed which combined S7-200PLC with the King View. On the basis of analyzing the control requirements of the system, the design of the system hardware circuit and software flow chart was completed.Finally the PLC connection in Kingview, the establishment of the database and the monitoring interface design of the configuration. were all completed, and the whole simulation and debugging of the control system was realized by computer simulation technology. Results proved that the system not only made up for the defects of PLC control system in real-time display monitoring, but also was simple, stable and reliable, and friendly interface between human and computer.
