摘要:
论述设计利用汽车惯性制动测试台架模拟汽车制动噪声的产生,通过对专业噪声测试系统基于虚拟仪器的二次开发,实现了在试验环境下对汽车制动噪声的测试分析。通过与国内某知名制动器零件生产厂商合作对该系统进行了测试评估。测试结果表明,该系统测试性能稳定性,测试精度较高,结果真实可靠,人机交互性好,对汽车制动器噪声分析具有较高的实用价值。
Abstract:
In recent years, with the continuous increase of China's automobile ownership as well as the pursuit for better life, people tend to have higher requirements for automobile comfort, one of which is the focus on the effect of noise in the automobile braking process. Therefore, the manufacturers of automobile and its parts are urged to find a way and test device that can simulate, measure and analyze the braking noise of the vehicle. This paper discussed how to use automobile inertia brake dynamometer to simulate the production of automobile brake noise. Through the secondary development of professional noise test system based on virtual instrument, the test and analysis of the automobile braking noise in the test environment were conducted. Through cooperation with a domestic famous brake parts manufacturer, the system was evaluated and tested. The test results show that the system is stable, accurate, reliable and with good interaction between the man and machine, which is of high practical value for the noise analysis of automotive brake.
