介绍了一种通过亚临界水水解技术处理秸秆的装备,并针对其智能化水平低的问题,设计了一套基于物联网架构的远程装备监测系统。搭建了基于STM32的采集设备状态数据和位置信息的硬件实验平台,该硬件平台通过 NB IoT 无线通信技术传输数据,并基于 MQTT 协议与云平台通讯;利用微信小程序,结合云服务器的消息转发功能,实现实时远程监测,以掌握设备的运行状态,从而提高该新型无害化处
理秸秆装备的智能化水平。最后,通过实验验证了该系统的有效性。
Abstract:
This paper introduces a type of equipment for treating straw by subcritical water hydrolysis technology. Aiming at its low level of intelligence, a system which can monitor equipment remotely based on Internet of Things architecture was designed. A hardware experimental platform for collecting status data and location information of the equipment based on STM32 was built. The hardware platform transmits data through a type of wireless communication technology called NB-IoT and communicates with cloud platform based on MQTT protocol. By using wechat applet, along with message forwarding function of cloud server, real-time remote monitoring can be realized to grasp the operation status of the equipment, so as to improve the intelligent level of the new harmless straw-processing equipment. Finally, the effectiveness of the system was verified by experiments.
