摘要:
根据饮料灌装生产线的要求,将PLC与MCGS有机地结合起来研制了一种饮料罐装生产线的控制监控系统。系统利用传感器采集信号,通过PLC实现对饮料灌装的控制,上位机通过工控组态软件MCGS能够实现对系统全程的实时自动监控。在详细介绍系统软硬件设计及MCGS程序设计的基础上,最后利用计算机模拟技术完成对系统的整体模拟和调试。实验证明,系统具有可靠性高、人机界面友好及自动化水平高等优势。
Abstract:
Based on the requirements of beverage filling production line, the beverage filling production line control and monitor system was designed which combined PLC with the MCGS The systems used sensors to collect signal, controlled the filling through the PLC, The upper machine could realize real-time monitoring of the system through the configuration software MCGS. On the basis of detailedly introducing the hardware and software design and MCGS programming of the system finally the whole simulation and debugging of the system was realized by computer simulation technology. Experiments proved that the system had the advantages of high reliability, friendly man-machine interface and high level of automation.
