摘要:
为保持密闭空间的独立性而设计的双门通道控制监控系统,将西门子S7-200PLC与MCGS有机地结合起来。系统利用光电传感器采集信号,通过PLC实现对双门通道系统的控制,并使用MCGS组态软件在上位机进行实时监控。组态技术的引入能够实现对系统工作全程的实时自动监控,最后利用计算机模拟技术实现了对该控制系统的整体模拟和调试。实验证明,该系统运行顺畅,性能可靠,人机交互界面友好,自动化水平有效提高,具有良好的市场前景及应用价值。
Abstract:
In order to keep the independence of the confined space, S7-200PLC and MCGS are combined to design a control and monitor system for the two-door channel. The system collects signal with photoelectric sensors, controls the two-door channel system through PLC, and achieves real-time monitoring with the MCGS configuration software in the host computer. The introduction of the configuration technology can achieve real-time automatic monitoring of the whole system. At last, the whole simulation and debugging of the control system are realized by the computer simulation technology. The experiments demonstrate that the system runs smoothly with reliable performance, a friendly human-machine interface, a high level of automation, a good market prospect, and a high application value.
