摘要:
 当前无人机低空侵扰行为分析主要依靠无线电侦测技术实现自动化告警,面向城市复杂电磁环境时,自动化告警系统易受到多源干扰,导致告警结果不准确。因此,提出了城市复杂电磁环境下无人机低空侵扰行为自动化告警算法。依托广播式Remote ID技术,获取连续时刻无人机低空飞行位置;通过高斯投影将无人机飞行位置转换为平面离散坐标点,随后进行最小二乘曲线拟合分析,自动预测出无人机低空飞行轨迹;根据低空安全管控要求划分出禁飞区;观察无人机飞行轨迹点切线与禁飞区电子围栏凸包边是否相交,得出低空侵扰行为自动化告警结果。实验结果表明,该算法告警结果平均精度(AP)达到0.85,实现了无人机低空侵扰行为的准确告警。
Abstract:
Current automated alert systems for analyzing UAV low altitude intrusion behavior primarily rely on radio detection technology.However,in urban complex electromagnetic environments,such systems are susceptible to multi source interference,leading to inaccurate alert results.To address this issue,a new automated alert algorithm for UAV low altitude intrusion behavior in urban complex electromagnetic environments is proposed.Utilizing broadcast Remote ID technology,the low altitude flight positions of UAVs at continuous time points are obtained.The flight positions are converted into planar discrete coordinate points by using Gaussian projection,followed by least squares curve fitting to automatically predict the UAV’s low altitude flight trajectory.Based on low altitude security management requirements,no fly zones are delineated.By examining whether the tangent lines to the UAV’s flight trajectory points intersect with the convex hull edges of the no fly zone’s electronic fence,automated intrusion alerts are generated.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves an Average Accuracy (AP) of 0.85,enabling accurate detection of UAV low altitude intrusion behavior.
